Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Mollie Gray, and it’s an honor to invite you into this experience. Think troop Beverly Hills meets yoga and vision broads. :)
This September, we’ll gather in the Tennessee hills to welcome a new season under the Full Moon in Pisces. A perfect time for deep reflection, intuitive connection, and gentle release. Our weekend will be a dance between movement and stillness, solitude and sisterhood. The day before the full moon, we’ll white water raft together, an exhilarating way to cleanse and let go. On Sunday, we’ll slow down and settle into sacred ceremony as I prepare and share Guatemalan cacao, lovingly harvested over generations with native hands and deep intention.
We’ll soak in the hot tub, move and breathe into our bodies, craft meaningful keepsakes, and create space to simply be. Every detail is intentionally curated to help you feel nourished, grounded, and reconnected to your own rhythm.
I’d love to connect and explore if this retreat is calling to you. Let’s schedule a time to talk. ♡

✨ Leader’s Note (Mollie): Pack for comfort and layering — early fall weather can be sunny and warm during the day but cool and breezy at night. For rafting, you’ll want quick-dry clothes and secure shoes. For ceremony, bring something that makes you feel confident, soft, and intentional.
💫 Experienced Retreat Guest Tip: Bring something small that connects you to home (a crystal, favorite snack, or tea). Retreats can feel expansive but also vulnerable — grounding items help.
🌱 First-Time Retreat Guest Tip: Less is more. You don’t need to pack your entire closet — bring versatile, cozy pieces. The most important thing to pack is an open heart and a willingness to try new experiences.
